The shipping method is provided at checkout. The shipping cost is €2 for mainland Greece and €3 for the islands*.

Shipping is available only within Greece. Delivery time is 3–7 working days.

  3. Receive your parcel 24/7, within 48 hours from the moment you receive the notification message from BOX NOW.

What is BOX NOW?

BOX NOW offers modern, automated parcel pickup services through lockers. With a strong green philosophy, its automated parcel lockers operate autonomously using solar energy, providing an innovative and environmentally friendly way to send and receive parcels.

BOX NOW lockers are located at key points across cities, giving customers 24/7 access to pick up their parcels anytime, easily and conveniently.

How do I receive a package via BOX NOW?

If you choose BOX NOW as your delivery method, you will receive a message on your mobile phone once your parcel arrives at the locker. The message will include a 6-digit PIN code to open the locker.

You have 48 hours from receiving the notification to collect your parcel. Simply enter the code at the locker, and the door will open automatically.

Can I pay by cash on delivery and pick up from a locker?

This feature will soon be available on the Fine Sparkles Jewellery website.

The process will be as follows:

  1. Before completing your order, select Cash on Delivery as your payment method.
  2. When your order arrives at the locker, you will receive a message from BOX NOW on your mobile phone with a secure payment link.
  3. You can pay the amount using a credit or debit card within the specified time frame.
  4. Once payment is completed, the PIN code is activated immediately.
  5. Enter the PIN at the locker to open it and collect your order.
